Our Company
Magica Shoes Materials is a wholly Italian investment in China, producing first class shoe materials for toe puffs and counters. The company started operate in 2005, thanks to the expertise and know-how of highly experienced staff with up to 25 years experience in this field, Magica Shoe Materials is growing constantly. Our Head office in situaded Hangzhou, operation offices and warehouses in Dongguan, Wenzhou and Hangzhou. Shoe Materials distributes in China INTERCOM water base glues produced in Italy since 2010. Intercom is a dynamic company that manufactures and exports innovative machinery systems and adhesives for bonding applications in the shoe and leather industry.
What we do
Before introducing our products into the market, we design and test them in our laboratories. Their quality is constantly monitored and checked, making sure that all the products we sold are compliant with our standards and specifications. We combine the traditional impregnation process with the new dye extrusion process in order to deliver a wide range of materials. Our production includes Heat Activated materials (thermo), Filmic materials (plastic material with ping-pong effect) and Solvent Activated materials.
All these products are made with a variable range of materials: starting from polyester non woven and spun laced non woven to cotton bases. We apply a variety of thermoplastic glues on Heat Activated materials. All our glues are prepared in-house to guarantee a stable quality standard and to satisfy the demand of our clients.
